I am a Nutrition and Health University graduate and a nutritionist. However, I spend most of my time in the kitchen developing new healthy recipes and also I am always into healthy eating and exercise. I have always being passionate about helping others improve their health and live a healthier lifestyle. I believe cooking and serving food with love and devotion not only nourishes our bodies but also our minds and souls. I develop mostly Middle Eastern recipes but I love and cook food from other cultures and cuisines too.
